How to use

Apply on palms & rub together to heat activate herbs. Bring palms close to face, gently breathe in & relax. Soothing Massage: Apply all over the body. Massage with long strokes. Leave on for up to 1 hour, avoid sun exposure & wash off. Daily Moisturising: After bath, lightly massage on to the body. Leave on. Relaxing Bath: Mix 1 tablespoon to warm bath, soak & relax.
Contains combination of natural plant oils & hence, may tend to solidify in colder temperatures. To restore oil to liquid form, please place bottle for a few minutes in bowl of warm water or under warm running water.
