1. Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver nationwide across Pakistan.
2. What are your delivery timelines?
Our average delivery time is 2–5 working days for major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We offer Cash on Delivery (COD), debit/credit card payments, and bank transfers.
4. Can I open my parcel before payment?
Couriers do not allow parcels to be opened prior to payment. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, our team will promptly assist you.
5. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 3 days of delivery.
6. How do I report an issue with my order?
Please email us at customercare@spaceylon.pk with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear images of the product.
7. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
8. Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Our formulations are crafted with natural ingredients. However, we recommend conducting a patch test before full application.
9. Do you deliver internationally?
At present, we deliver within Pakistan only.
