At Spa Ceylon Pakistan, we take great care in ensuring the quality and integrity of every product delivered.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

Returns or exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is made within 3 days of delivery
  • The product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Opened or used products
  • Change of mind or personal preference
  • Sale or discounted items

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please email customercare@spaceylon.pk with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear images of the product
  • A brief description of the issue

Our team will review your request and guide you through the next steps.

Shipping Costs

  • If the issue is due to our error, return shipping will be covered by us
  • In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above criteria.
