How To Use: Place upright on incense stick holder or heat proof container, away from flammable objects & drafts. Light tip of incense stick, let it burn for a few seconds & blow out flame. Leave for incense to ignite & diffuse fragrance.

How to use
Spread it on the palms and then rub them together to heat and awaken the oils’ herbal fragrances.Palm to face, slowly inhale & let it out. Apply all over hands & body.
