We take care to ensure every order reaches you in the right condition. If there is an issue with your order, our team will review it as per policy.

When Returns or Exchanges Are Accepted
Returns or exchanges are accepted if the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, provided the request is made within 3 days of delivery and the product remains unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged. We also do not accept returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference.
Sale or discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind or personal preference. However, if an item is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, our team will review the case as per policy.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at customercare@spaceylon.pk or send us a message through WhatsApp at +92 331 2746841 with:
- Your order number
- Clear images of the product
- A brief description of the issue
Shipping Costs
If the issue is due to our error, return shipping will be covered by us. In all other cases, return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Refunds
Currently, Spa Ceylon Pakistan does not offer monetary refunds.
