What are your delivery timelines?
Our average delivery timeline is 3–5 working days for major cities. Deliveries to remote areas may take slightly longer. -
Do you deliver internationally?
At present, we deliver within Pakistan only.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery, debit/credit card payments, and bank transfers. -
Can I open my parcel before payment?
Couriers do not allow parcels to be opened before payment. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, our team will assist you as per policy.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. -
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
We accept returns or exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 3 days of delivery. -
How do I report an issue with my order?

Are your products suitable for all skin types?
Spa Ceylon products are inspired by Ayurveda and formulated with fine natural ingredients. Many Spa Ceylon products are listed as Tridosha, meaning they are considered suitable for all Dosha and skin types.
In Ayurveda, the three Doshas are Vatha, Pitha, and Kapha. Spa Ceylon describes Vatha as commonly linked with dry scalp, dry hair, and rough or cracked skin; Pitha as linked with lighter skin that may freckle or sunburn easily; and Kapha as linked with softer, thicker hair and oilier, smoother, more moist skin.
Since every skin type is different, we recommend checking the product details and conducting a patch test before full application. -
